Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses the Terra Drive platform operated by A&A Terra Inc: drivers, restaurants, API users, and customers.

1. Safety first

• Never drive impaired by alcohol, drugs, or fatigue. Obey traffic laws. Don't use your phone in a way that is unsafe or illegal while driving.
• No weapons displayed or used in a threatening manner during a delivery; follow the law and any restaurant or customer premises rules.
• Report accidents, injuries, or threats through the app and to emergency services if needed.

2. Respect

No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or any protected characteristic — against drivers, restaurant staff, or customers.

3. Honesty

• No fake accounts, shared accounts, or letting someone else deliver under your account.
• No GPS spoofing, fake proof photos, or marking a delivery complete that wasn't delivered.
• No tampering with or opening sealed orders.
• No payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or fake orders.

4. Privacy

• Customer contact information is masked and may be used only to complete the delivery. Don't save, share, or contact customers afterwards.
• Don't photograph people. Proof photos show the order at the door.

5. Platform integrity

• No scraping, reverse engineering, overloading, or bypassing security or rate limits.
• API keys are confidential; never put live keys in browser code.
• No reselling access or building a competing service on our API.
• No attempts to move Platform-booked deliveries off the Platform.

6. Other platforms

We respect other companies' rights. Users must not use the Platform — and we will never ask anyone — to collect data from, interfere with, or recruit through other delivery platforms' apps or systems.

7. Prohibited items

No alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, prescription drugs, weapons, illegal items, or items requiring age/ID verification unless the item category is enabled in writing for that restaurant and the driver has opted in to such deliveries.

8. Enforcement

We may warn, hold a specific payout for review, temporarily suspend, or deactivate accounts that break this policy, following the notice and appeal process in the Driver Agreement (drivers) or the Platform Terms (restaurants). Reports: [email protected].
