Card processing is 2.9% + 30¢ on the customer's charge, split in proportion: the food part comes out of the restaurant's share, the delivery-fee-and-tip part is paid by the platform. Numbers are an example and are rounded to the cent.

You need
18 or older and a smartphone. A US mobile number. A valid US driver's license if you deliver by car or motor scooter — bikes and e-bikes welcome. See the full list below.
Insurance
Personal auto insurance with a delivery or rideshare endorsement. You upload proof and confirm the endorsement; we re-check every 6 months. Ask your insurer whether your policy includes it.
Background check
Run by a consumer reporting agency only after you read a separate disclosure and give written permission. You get a copy and the right to dispute anything wrong.
Before you start, you will need
- A US mobile number (+1).
- A photo ID for the ID + selfie check: a US driver's license or state ID, or a passport (Stripe Identity accepts passports from most countries).
- An SSN or ITIN — typed only at Stripe for your tax form; we never see it.
- A US bank account for weekly payouts.
- Car or motor scooter: a valid US driver's license and auto insurance with a delivery/rideshare endorsement. Bike or e-bike: no auto policy needed.
Taxes, made simple
As a contractor you get a 1099-NEC by January 31 if your yearly pay reaches the IRS threshold (tips included). All income is reportable on your tax return either way. Tax info (W-9) is collected securely by Stripe — we never store your SSN. Your app keeps a mileage log you can export for your deduction.
Proof that protects you
Every drop-off ends with a photo and a GPS check. If a customer says "never arrived", your proof is already on file.

How much will I make?
We don't promise hourly numbers — it depends on how many orders are in your zones, when you drive, distance, and tips. What doesn't change is the math: you get the delivery fee plus 100% of the tip, minus $0.99 (or minus $0 if you're a Founding Driver). You see the exact amount on every offer before you accept.
What does "Founding Driver for life" really mean?
The first 1,000 drivers to pass the ID check pay no per-delivery driver service fee for as long as their account stays active — at least one completed delivery in every 12-month period after approval (time when none of their zones is live does not count) — and in good standing under the driver agreement. It's written into the contract, not just this page.
When is my Founding spot locked?
The moment your ID + selfie check by Stripe Identity is verified — before the background check, and even if your zone isn't live yet. Signing up alone doesn't lock it, so verify your ID fast. The counter on this page is live from our database.
Do I pay for the background check?
Founding Drivers: no. Claim your Founding spot now — your background check is free when your zone activates. After the 1,000 spots are gone: $41 background check, refunded after your 20th delivery (not refunded if you complete fewer than 20). Either way, we never run — or charge for — a check until your zone is live.
Can I use other delivery apps at the same time?
Yes. You're independent. Run whatever apps you want. We never ask for data from other apps.
What happens if I decline orders?
Nothing. No penalty, no acceptance-rate score, no lower priority. The offer moves to the next driver.
What if the restaurant cancels after I picked up?
You still get paid the delivery fee minus the driver fee ($0 for Founders). If it's cancelled before pickup, no fees are charged to anyone.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, every Monday, straight to your bank through Stripe. Instant cash-out unlocks after 20 completed deliveries with no flags — coming soon.
What areas are live?
Check the live zone map — it shows exactly which zones are live today, which are coming soon and which are on the waitlist. Sign up even if your area isn't live yet; we'll text you (or email you) the day it opens.
What happens after the first 1,000?
New drivers pay $0.99 per completed delivery. We also plan an optional yearly flat plan (pay once a year, $0 per delivery) — the price isn't set yet and we'll announce it before it starts.
Who runs this?
The platform is operated by A&A Terra Inc. Payments run on Stripe Connect — we never hold your money outside Stripe.
