Driver Fee & Earnings Disclosure
This disclosure is part of the Independent Contractor Driver Agreement between you and A&A Terra Inc.
1. The formula
Your pay per completed delivery = delivery fee + 100% of the tip − Driver Service Fee.

- You are never charged a separate card-processing fee. Card processing on the delivery fee + tip part of the customer's payment is paid by the platform.
- Restaurants pay a $1.00 platform fee per completed delivery.
- Your exact pay is shown on every offer before you accept.
2. Where the 99¢ goes
Your $0.99 covers the card processing on your pay — the exact amount is shown on every delivery. What's left, plus $1 from the restaurant, runs the platform — servers, maps, support, safety checks. That's all we take.
Card processing on the driver part is calculated as: 0.029 × (fee + tip) + 0.30 × (fee + tip) ÷ customer total.
3. Worked example (example only)
Food + tax $30.00 · delivery fee $6.79 (default quote for a 5-mile route) · tip $5.00 · customer pays $41.79.

This is an example to show the calculation. It is not a promise or estimate of what you will earn.
4. What affects what you earn
Number of orders in your zones, the times you choose to be online, distances, the delivery fee each restaurant sets, tips (set by customers), and your own costs (fuel, maintenance, insurance, phone, taxes). We do not guarantee any number of offers or any amount of earnings.
5. Cancellations
Cancelled before pickup: no pay due, no fees. Cancelled by the restaurant after pickup: you receive the delivery fee − Driver Service Fee.
6. Payouts
Weekly on Mondays via Stripe. Instant cash-out unlocks after 20 completed deliveries with no open flags (coming soon; any cost will be shown before you use it). A payout may be held for review if delivery proof is missing or GPS was more than 250 m from the dropoff.
7. Taxes
You are an independent contractor and responsible for your taxes. You'll receive a 1099-NEC by January 31 if your yearly pay (tips included) reaches the IRS threshold. All income is reportable on your tax return even if you do not receive a 1099. Pay that is on hold for review counts in the year it is released. Stripe collects your W-9; we never store your SSN. The mileage log in the app counts GPS miles while you are online or on a delivery and filters out parked-GPS drift and GPS jumps — keep your own records too.
8. Background check fee

No check is ordered, and nothing is charged, until at least one zone you picked is live. The identity check (photo ID + selfie) is free to you.
