Delivery for $1.
Flat.
$1.00 per completed delivery. Not a percentage of your food. Your customers order from you — your website, your phone — and a local driver brings it.
Cancelled before pickup? No fee. No monthly minimum. No contract term in the pilot.
Use what fits your counter.
1 · Split checkout on your site
Your website calls our API with payment.collect: true. The customer pays once on a secure hosted page; the money splits automatically through Stripe Connect — food to you, delivery fee + tip to the driver, $1 + 99¢ to the platform.
2 · Phone orders → pay link
Take the order by phone, enter it in the portal, and we text the customer a pay link. As soon as they pay, a driver is dispatched. No card numbers read over the phone.
3 · You already charged
Already took payment in your POS? Book delivery only (payment.collect: false). Delivery fee + tip + $1 is charged to your saved payment method.
Every cent, on paper.
One customer payment, split three ways at the moment it's paid. Your statement shows each line.
- You get the food. Minus $1 and the card processing on the food part.
- The driver gets the delivery fee + 100% of the tip, minus 99¢ ($0 for Founding Drivers).
- The platform keeps $1 + 99¢ minus the card processing on the driver's pay.
Split checkout — 4 mi delivery

| Tip | $5.00 |
| Customer pays | $41.79 |
| Restaurant | |
| Platform fee | −$1.00 |
| Card processing on food share of 2.9% + 30¢ on $41.79 | −$1.08 |
| You receive | $27.92 |
| Driver & platform | |
| Driver receives $6.79 + $5.00 − $0.99 (standard plan) | $10.80 |
| Platform keeps $1.00 + $0.99 − $0.43 card processing on driver's pay | $1.56 |
Example only. Rounded to the cent. Restaurants can set their own delivery fee instead of the default quote.
A real dispatch desk. No tablet farm.
Live board + map
Every order, every driver, live: assigned, at pickup, picked up, delivered — with timestamps.
Customer tracking link
Customers get a live tracking page. Fewer "where's my food" calls.
Photo + GPS proof
Every drop-off ends with a photo and a GPS check within 250 m of the address.
Backup plan built in
If no driver accepts within 8 minutes, you get a delivery.no_driver alert so you can use your own driver or another courier.
Weekly statements
Downloadable statement: food, fees, card processing, payouts — one line per delivery.
Your customers stay yours
We don't market other restaurants to your customers. Customer data is used only to deliver the order.
A clean API. Five endpoints.
Quotes, deliveries, status, cancel, webhooks. Test keys (td_test_…) work in a full sandbox. Webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and support idempotent retries.

Restaurant questions.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. $1.00 per completed delivery. Deliveries cancelled before pickup cost nothing.
Who sets the delivery fee?
By default we quote $4.99 for the first 3 miles plus $0.90 per mile after, up to 15 miles (route distance = straight line × 1.25). You can set your own fee in settings.
What if I cancel after the driver picked up?
You cover the delivery fee so the driver is still paid for the trip (delivery fee minus their 99¢ driver fee, or $0 for Founding Drivers) — they did the work. The $1 platform fee is not charged on a cancelled delivery.
Who holds the money?
Stripe Connect. Payments are processed and split inside Stripe, then paid out to your Stripe account and the driver's. A&A Terra Inc never holds funds outside Stripe.
Can I use my own drivers too?
Yes. Keep your staff drivers. Use us for overflow, or as your backup. You're not exclusive.
Where is this available?
The Cincinnati–Dayton pilot first. See the zone map. Outside a live zone? Sign up anyway — restaurant demand decides where we open next.
Do I need special hardware?
No. The portal runs in any browser. Phone orders, live board, and statements all work on a laptop or tablet you already own.
